The Anvil Gas Griller Radiant 900mm from the Premier Range is a heavy-duty commercial grill designed for steak houses, restaurants, cafés, pubs, clubs and professional kitchens. It features ribbed cast iron grates designed to disperse excess fat, helping reduce smoke and flare-ups while providing excellent grilling results. The 900 × 470mm grilling area offers ample cooking space, while the stainless steel burners provide effective heat distribution. Piezo ignition allows easy starting, and the automatic flame failure device shuts off the gas if the flame goes out. A conversion kit is available separately for converting the unit to a lava rock griller.
