The Griller Gas Braai & Cooker Dome offers a modern and convenient way to enjoy traditional South African braai cooking using clean and controllable gas heat. Designed for home chefs and outdoor entertaining, this freestanding gas braai can be placed on a suitable work surface or installed into an existing built-in braai structure. Available in multiple sizes, it provides flexibility for different cooking spaces and requirements. Models from 770mm and larger include a ceramic sear burner for high-temperature cooking, ideal for achieving excellent searing and caramelisation on steaks and other meats. Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, the braai features self-ignition controls and requires no electrical connection.
